Malignant glomus tumour is an exceedingly rare morphologic variant of glomus tumour with a size >2 cm. The tumour arises in subfascial or visceral tissues and is histopathologically characterized by the presence of atypical mitotic figures, or marked nuclear atypia, or a combination of both. Malignant glomus tumours are highly aggressive. Approximately 40% of cases metastasize, resulting in the death of the patient 1
