Adenocarcinoma with squamous differentiation is the most common variant of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, characterized by varying amounts of neoplastic squamous epithelial cells. a) sheet-like growth without gland formation or palisading
b) sharp cell margins
c) eosinophilic and thick or glassy cytoplasm
