Bizarre leiomyoma is a histological variant of leiomyoma characterized by the presence of atypical smooth muscle cells, either focally or diffusely distributed throughout the neoplasm. The pleomorphic smooth muscle cells have enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei with prominent chromatin clumping and often contain cytoplasmic pseudonuclear inclusions1
