Papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential (PUNLMP)is a non-invasive tumour of the urinary bladder in which the transitional cells form papillae, resembling exophytic urothelial papilloma. The papillary structures exhibit minimal architectural distortion and atypia but show a higher rate of proliferation and an increased thickness when compared to the normal urothelium ¹
