/span>hronic neutrophilic leukaemia (CNL) is a rare myeloproliferative neoplasm, characterized by sustained peripheral blood (PB) neutrophilia, bone marrow (BM) hypercellularity due to neutrophilic granulocyte proliferation, and hepatosplenomegaly. There is no Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome or BCR-ABL1 fusion gene. The diagnosis requires exclusion of reactive neutrophilia and other myeloproliferative neoplasms.
