Schneiderian papillomas are benign neoplasms that are derived from ciliated respiratory mucosa that lines the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, so-called
Schneiderian membraneare. They are classified into inverting (endophytic), exophytic (fungiform, everted) and oncocytic (cylindirc cell) varieties and associated with three characteristics: tendency to recur, capacity for local destruction, and association with squamous cell carcinoma 1
