The atypical choroid plexus papilloma (WHO grade II) occupies an intermediate position between the benign choroid plexus papilloma (WHO Grade I) that can be cured surgically and the malignant choroid plexus carcinoma (WHO Grade III). Histologically, it separates from the choroid plexus papilloma by an increased mitotic activity 1
