Mesonephric adenocarcinoma arise from mesonephric remnants. In the cervix, the tumours are located most commonly in the lateral to posterior wall, but they may involve the cervix circumferentially. They may present as exophytic lesions or remain completely intramural and expand the cervical wall. Histologically, they are typically characterized by tubular glands bordered by cuboidal epithelial cells.
Mesonephric adenocarcinomas are exceedingly rare, only 20 cases have been reported. Patients ranged in age from 33-74 years (median age 52 years). The prognosis is stage dependent1
