Angiomyofibroblastoma is an uncommon, benign soft tissue neoplasm usually arising in subcutaneous tissue in the pelviperineal region, in particular the vulva. It is histologically characterized by the presence of neoplastic spindle to round cells, dilated thin walled vessels, and stromal edema. The tumours are well circumscribed by a thin, fibrous pseudocapsule and generally measure <5cm in diameter 1
