Myofibroblastoma is a benign soft tissue neoplasm histologically characterized by the presence of spindle shaped myofibroblast-like cells and mast cells in a collagenous stroma. Myofibroblastomas appear to predilect the putative anatomic "milk-line" between axilla and medial groin; the most commonly affected site is the inguinal/groin area. The tumours generally arise in subcutaneous tissue, they are unencapsulated but well circumscribed and range in size from 2 to 13 cm 4
