Elastofibroma is a benign, slow-growing tumour arising predominantly from the soft tissues between lower scapula and chest wall. It is histologically characterized by the presence of paucicellular collagenous tissue, adipocytes and a predominance of large coarse elastic fibers arranged in globules. The tumours are usually ill defined and range in diameter from 2 to 15 cm 1
